Banking presents a solution for down-payment to buy a property off-plan or under construction.
During the construction period, the client will pay interest only regarding the down-payment amount.
For a Main Residence, the down-payment available by the Bank can go up to 40% before the completion (the client needs to invest at least 10% of own deposit required by the construction company)

For a second residence the down-payment available by the Bank can go up to 10% before the completion (the client needs to invest at least 30% of own deposit required by the construction company)
